This Site is operated by Midas Dublin, an independently owned and operated Midas franchise located at 6955 Village Parkway, Dublin, CA 94568. References to "Midas" elsewhere on the Site refer to the Midas franchise system; this Site and its contents are the responsibility of Midas Dublin, not of TBC Corporation or any other Midas entity.
2. Pricing and Estimates
Prices, specials, and "starting at" figures shown on the Site are for general informational purposes. Final pricing depends on your specific vehicle, parts availability, and the work performed. We will give you a written estimate before performing any service. Prices are subject to change without notice and may not reflect current promotions.
3. Specials and Coupons
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. Offers may have additional restrictions; see the shop for details. We reserve the right to modify or end a promotion at any time.
4. Customer Portal
The customer portal lets you view your vehicles and service history. You are responsible for keeping your email address current with us so verification codes reach you. Do not share verification codes. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.
5. Warranties
Warranty terms (including the Midas lifetime warranty on brake pads, mufflers, and exhaust parts, and the 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty on most other services) are governed by the written warranty terms provided with your repair order. Information on the Site is a summary and does not replace those terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to access accounts other than your own; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Site; (c) attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of the Site; or (d) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, financing partners or video content from MotoVisuals). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party sites.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site's content (text, graphics, logos other than the Midas trademarks, and code) is owned by Midas Dublin or used with permission. The "Midas" name and logo are trademarks of TBC Corporation, used by us under franchise license.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information on the Site is accurate or current.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Midas Dublin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for our own gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
